We're a keen, energetic company, based in Torquay, Devon. Service is what we're all about. We love what we do, and we believe we do it well.

We're off to a good start, because we're "glass half-full" kind of people. Add to that a subject matter we're passionate about - outdoor activities. Then, cap it off with something we strive to supply - excellent customer service. unfortunately, it's too easy to go into many shops and have some great lessons in how NOT to treat customers! Knowledgeable
We're experienced! We have a specialised military grounding, hence the attitude! We also have considerable sales & customer service experience at all levels within the marine and outdoor industry: Retail, distribution and manufacturing. We've worked with the products we promote for years and know them inside out.
Professional
We are affiliated to many professional bodies. This is a great endorsement for us. We are on the supplier lists for many Police authorities, the MOD, Mountain Rescue Teams nationwide, etc. We have a great working relationship with the RNLI and HM Coastguard, and we work together with many training schools. We're not playing shop, we're serious players in our chosen specialised field.
