McMurdo ICS Dual Navtex Receiver

The ICS Nav6 Dual is a dedicated "true" dual channel navtex receiver. Both the detailed inshore waters forecast and the shipping forecast are automatically received without switching channels.

The Nav6 Dual and the Nav6 Plus look the same, and even have the same sensor (see right). So what's the difference?

The Nav6 Dual offers the same high quality message presentation and dual channel simultaneous NAVTEX reception as the Nav6 Plus.

HOWEVER, the Nav6 Dual DOES NOT have the repeater capability of the the Nav6 Plus. It cannot show the GPS or repeater screens that the "Plus" can. But as a Navtex, they're identical.
